1) Scheduling
- 2025/2026 scheduling will be done with the online program and done in person in Swift Current, venue TBD. Consideration can be noted for community event days when ice times are submitted. (Motion: Gravelbourg, Second: Herbert, carried)
U18 will schedule October 8th - 7 teams and 20 game schedule
(Mossbank, Maple Creek, Shaunavon, Lafleche, Swift Current X2 and Assiniboia)
U15 will schedule Oct 14th - 8 teams and 21 game schedule
(Eastend, Maple Creek, Swift Current X2, Lafleche, Gull Lake/Cabri, Gravelbourg, Assiniboia)
U13 will schedule Oct 20th - 12 teams and 22 game schedule

- Central Butte application to be reinstated in the league, attended the Fall meeting. They will not have any teams for SSHL in the coming season.

3) Scholarship for U18 Graduating members
- The SSHL shall award up to two (2) bursary grants each season to a graduating player; $500 towards post-secondary education. There is a link to the criteria in the Main menu on the website - recipients to be determined by the SSHL Executive by June 30th. There were 3 applicants for the 2024/25 season. Due to no applications the previous season, all three applicants were selected:
